With over 30 years as a Registered Nurse and 24 years as a Board-Certified Lactation Consultant, I provide compassionate, trauma-informed, and holistic support for growing families throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. My private practice offers personalized in-home lactation visits, with telehealth support when appropriate, creating care that meets families where they are—physically and emotionally.

While lactation support is at the heart of my work, care extends far beyond feeding. I help families navigate breastfeeding challenges, bottle feeding transitions, pumping, returning to work, infant behavior, sleep rhythms, maternal recovery, and the emotional adjustments of new parenthood. My approach emphasizes secure attachment, nervous system co-regulation, and honoring the natural wisdom between parent and baby.

I also support the deeper transformation that comes with becoming a parent. Whether a family is feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depleted, or simply in need of grounded guidance, I offer nurturing, individualized care that restores confidence and connection.

In a world full of conflicting advice, apps, and pressure, I help families tune back into their instincts, trust themselves, and create a calmer, more connected beginning.
