Provides breastfeeding education and support to WIC Clients. Pump loans available to mothers returning to work or school, experiencing medical separations from infants, or breastfeeding problems where a pump may be warranted. Lactation consultations may be arranged by appointment only. WIC Breastfeeding Peer Counselors offer breastfeeding encouragement and support through clinic visits, contacts by phone, text, or email and home or clinic visits to help with breastfeeding problems.
