You're invited to our weekly Baby Café!
Our free weekly breastfeeding support group provides a welcoming and relaxed environment where parents can connect, share experiences, and learn from one another and qualified breastfeeding professionals. Two certified lactation counselors are available each week to answer your questions and offer personalized guidance—no matter where you are on your breastfeeding journey. Families are welcome to drop in at any time or stay for the entire session—no registration is required. Families will explore important breastfeeding topics and receive relevant educational materials and incentives, all while enjoying light refreshments. Complimentary baby weight checks are also available. We look forward to supporting you and your family on your breastfeeding journey!
