Gina Peterson, BS, IBCLC is the mother of five children, was an LLL leader for 12.5 years, has been an IBCLC since 2007 and is the executive director of the Catholic Nursing Mothers League. The Catholic Nursing Mothers League, founded in 2006, is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization incorporated in the state of New Mexico. CNML provides breastfeeding information and support to nursing moms and also supports them in their faith journey. CNML has a Facebook group with over 1K members, a regularly updated website, 2 online meetings per month, and 15-20 CNML mentors/groups in the USA and in India. CNML also mails out gift packages with breastfeeding books, nursing mother gift bags, and prayer shawls.
Provides virtual lactation consults, home visits with limited slots each week, and phone support. Also provides lactation support to families who are bereaved and education to hospital staff on Lactation After Loss support.
Kelley Baer has nearly 30 years experience supporting breastfeeding families. She uses a holistic approach which, together with her background in infant development, childbirth education, and understanding of oral and facial structure, creates a unique depth of knowledge. In-home visits are possible in the Las Cruces, NM, area; local arrangements can be made if coming from out of town; or a telehealth session can be arranged.

Kimberly Smetzer has been working with breastfeeding families form 25+ years . Kimberly works out of several pediatric offices in the Las Cruces area allowing for insurance billing including Medicaid. Kimberly also host the Baby Cafe at Little Steps Pediatrics, 1130 Commerce, Las Cruces, NM every Wednesday 11:30-1:30 for free lactation support to the community.
