Farrah is passionate about improving the lives of infants and families. With 25 years of experience as a perinatal nurse, she provides infant feeding education and compassionate support for all families including breastfeeding, chestfeeding and bottle feeding. She specializes in working with families with a history of trauma, birth trauma, substance exposure, perinatal anxiety/depression, PTSD,LGBTQ families and those who are especially focused on holistic or alternative family practices. Farrah also provides Birth Story Medicine with specialized training in supporting parents who are recovering from difficult birth and infant feeding experiences such as following NICU stays. Farrah provides training to perinatal professionals in lactation, trauma-informed care, birth trauma prevention and recovery, and caring for families affected by substance exposure. She has numerous contacts for a full range of health care professionals to help you meet your infant feeding and family health goals. Many services are billable to insurance and all families receive care with individualized fee structures as needed.

With a 13 year history as a nurse working in varied settings such as pediatrics and postpartum and nursery care and now as a Certified Nurse Midwife, Jessica has worked with hundreds of families to troubleshoot and establish successful breastfeeding relationships. As an experienced mother of 5 she can relate to the varied struggles that breastfeeding can present and has experience with lip and tongue ties as well as supply issues and has full prescriptive authority as necessary to support all aspects of breastfeeding. Performs same-day tongue tie revisions in office. Seeing clients in her Milford and Amherst office locations, conveniently right off 101A as well as in the home for mothers less than 1 week postpartum, and in hospital as needed.
I provide virtual and in-home visits within 30 miles of Manchester, NH to assist families with breastfeeding, chestfeeding & pumping. I am in-network with Aetna and can accept some PPO plans with Anthem, BC/BS, Cigna & United. I also provide all clients with a superbill for reimbursement from other insurances and offer a generous discount for those who qualify for WIC.

Elliot Hospital's Lactation Consultants (4 IBCLCs on staff) are available seven days a week to assist you with sensitive, supportive care during your hospital stay and once you and your baby go home. We provide prenatal breastfeeding classes, in-hospital visits, telephone "Warm Line" consultation for breastfeeding issues/concerns, Outpatient Lactation Consultations by appointment, and assistance with special situations such as preterm births, multiple births, and special medical circumstances.
Kimberly Jarest is an IBCLC offering home visits and telehealth in the Monadnock Region. She specializes in exclusively pumping, breast pump education, milk output concerns while pumping, and milk donation. Her experience with exclusively pumping came from being a gestational surrogate. She is a La Leche League Leader for the Monadnock Region and the Maine & New Hampshire La Leche League. I offer comprehensive support for families facing lactation challenges in the comfort of their own homes through telehealth as well as office visits in Hanover, NH and home visits in Southern Vermont. Goodwin Community Health provides WIC breastfeeding services to Carroll and Strafford Counties. Breastfeeding support services include prenatal and postpartum education, peer counselor support, manual and electric breast pumps and referral to a lactation consultant as needed.
