Our office is located within in North Amherst within the Riverside Park Plaza, Vital Milk's entrance is on the side of the building beside the Post Office.

Nursing Mothers' Council (NMC) gatherings are free, drop-in breastfeeding/chestfeeding support groups. You are welcome to come and listen, share your experience & gain community support! This gathering is open to those about to embark on their breastfeeding or chestfeeding journey along with people providing human milk to their babies and/or nursing toddlers.
