Monday through Friday, 9 am-5 pm. We are available on weekends, nights, and holidays by appointment only. We have an answering service that answers all calls after hours and a on-call RN IBCLC who will call you back ASAP.
Charge
HBHM has contracts with most major insurance providers and can bill your insurance directly. A referral from your doctor or your baby's pediatrician is required to bill your plan. Our billing team handles it all for you. However, we always recommend contacting your insurance plan directly to confirm that the information your plan has provided us is accurate. We also accept privately paying patients and accept HSA/FSA cards

HBHM provides lactation consults in your home, our East Greenwich office, or virtually. We can also assist you with infant sleep, your return to work, solid food introduction, and weaning. We have a free biweekly breastfeeding support group. We offer infant home phototherapy to help keep jaundiced babies out of the hospital and home breastfeeding with their mothers.  We are a durable medical equipment provider and carry breast pumps, compression, and pelvic support garments.  We host Breastfeeding, Baby Boot Camp, and Understanding Infant Sleep Classes. Lastly, we provide Family Sleep and Parenting Preschoolers Consults for families experiencing those challenges.
