Milk & Cookies – Bangor’s Postpartum & Breastfeeding Support Group

This group is facilitated by Bangor Public Health Nurses who are all Lactation Certified. We love helping and empowering new moms through the postpartum period, as they adjust to motherhood with conversation, community, and connection. We provide a space for new mamas to meet other new mamas problem-solving the same situations, while they gain solutions and support. You are not alone! We are here to help and cannot wait to meet you!
