Simply visit the home page and enter your 5-digit ZIP Code where requested. Just click enter or hit "Submit" to begin your search. Or, if you like, you can customize your search results.

• ZipMilk defaults to showing you the five listings which are closest to your Zip Code in each category. If you'd like to see more results, simply make the appropriate selection where you are asked to "Show about this many results."
• We won't show any listings from more than 20 miles away, but that can limit your results if you live outside a metropolitan area. If that's the case, you can ask ZipMilk to find results from further away by filling in the searcn distance where ZipMilk asks "Show results from no further than _____ miles away."
• There are several categories of listings available. If you only want to search in some categories, select the categories you want in the listing of categories under "Help me find."

You can, and we've made it so you can produce search results formatted to print beautifully on a standard size piece of printer paper. It's the perfect thing to give breastfeeding mothers upon their discharge from the hospital or birthing center.

After you've found your search results, click on the link underneath the ZIP Code which says "Click here for a printable version of this list." A new page will open up with the same results, formatted for print. Simply choose "Print" from your web browser to print the results.

Click the "Submit new listings" link at the top of each page on the site. After your reach the page, click on the appropriate category, enter the requested information, and click submit!

If you want to add your listing or listings to multiple categories, you'll need to make multiple submissions.

Please note that your new listing will not immediately show up in ZipMilk search results. It's up to your state breastfeeding coalition to review your listing and approve it, and they may contact you if they have questions about your listing.

First, find the listing by searching in a nearby ZIP Code and the relevant category. Within each listing you will find a pair of small text links, one labeled "Submit Changes" and the other called "Request Deletion". Click on the "Submit Changes" link inside the listing you which to change, and you'll be taken to a form where you can suggest changes to that ZipMilk listing.

Please note that your requested change will not immediately show up in ZipMilk search results. It's up to your state breastfeeding coalition to review your change and approve it, and they may contact you if they have questions about your changes.

Visit our contact page and send a message to the email address of the state breastfeeding coalition. Each state breastfeeding coalition is responsible for the content of the listings in its state.

The ZipMilk listings are obtained and updated by state breastfeeding coalitions. We invite you to contact your state's coalition and encourage it to join ZipMilk. The United States Breastfeeding Committee maintains a list of state coalitions.
